Favourite trip, place, or river that people should know more about: The Tskhenistskali river in Georgia! A fantastic, long and challenging river with great views and great people. Not to mention that just getting there is an adventure all its own.

Any advice to new paddlers: Ask questions!! the only people who say things are easy are truly stupid beginners or truly crazy pro's.

Piece of kit you can't live without: My Astral Brewers, Super sticky on wet rock and Comfy in my boat.

Any qualifications: 5* inland, 4* canoe, 4* sea, 4* surf. L3 K coach. Plus a few others from MIAS and MLTB.

Any other activities you enjoy: MTB, hiking, bouldering.

Favourite trip, place, or river that people should know more about: Giarsun Gorge Switzerland. Section of the Inn. Grade 4 continuous gorge. 

Any advice to new paddlers: Willingness to learn and no be affraid to try new things.

Piece of kit you can't live without: Drysuit, making any swimming bearable!

Any qualifications: UKCC level 1, aquatic first aid, advanced White water safety & rescue. 

Any other activities you enjoy: Mountain biking, trails and street.

Favourite trip, place, or river that people should know more about:  Mmm, that is a hard one. There are too many so I am just going to say CHILE BABY!! Water fall Paradise.  

Any advice to new paddlers:

Try everything, fall over a few times, get back up, smile and have fun!!

My Drysuit. I don't like getting cold.

Raft Racing!! It is awesome. Climbing, running, swimming,anything and everything outdoors (as long as I have something to eat!)
